16 Dec. 2017. Called in for a cab. told 10-15 minutes.35 minutes later, no cab. So, called in again. Told a cab is clearing at the end of Lakeshore, should be there in 20-30 minutes. so, an hour wait for a cab.
IGNORANT girls working the phones, should be replaced with an automated system since they can't provide ANY customer service. These women are the epitome of customer careLESS.
funny enough, after telling them we'd be calling a different company, they called back and a GIRL (ignorant, high school mentality twit) named SARAH called back, acting as if she's doing us a favour by doing her job, to tell us the cab would now be 5 minutes and would we still like the cab.
The owner should get his people under control. The reputation of this company has been doing down the toilet in leaps and bounds for some time now.
